Children and young people who receive the highest rate care component of Disability Living Allowance for children at least one day between Monday 21 September 2020 and Sunday 27 September 2020 will automatically receive a £200 Child Winter Heating Assistance payment. The aim is to help families of disabled children and young people with fuel costs. Payments will be made from Friday 27 November and everyone should get them by Friday 11 December 2020.
